Collect
Almighty and eternal God, You mercifully give the light of the gospel to Your church. Keep us in sound teaching that we may steadfastly believe and worthily follow Your saving word, and finally by its holy comfort depart in peace and joy; through Your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.
